The place around the flats is of an impressive natural beauty, located in a preservation area inside the island of Florianópolis, with easy access to North and South beaches. There are lots of birds and little monkeys in the trees and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The property is located at the far end of a street ending at the bottom of the sub-tropical forest covering the better part of the hill the street ends on. Although the name of the place states eco-residential", unfortunately there are not enough comfortable strategically located seating opportunities that would make it easier to appreciate all that rich nature...

Nice eco feeling. Rooms were big and comfortable.
